The OpportunityThe Battle Creek Battle Jacks are looking for a high-energy, charismatic, and crowd-driven On-Field Host / Emcee to become one of the faces and voices of summer at MCCU Field @ Bailey Park. This is not just a microphone job. This role is part sports entertainment, part live event hosting, part crowd quarterback. We’re building something different in Battle Creek. Every game is designed to feel like an event, and we need someone who can instantly connect with fans, families, players, sponsors, interns, and our game presentation team to bring the ballpark to life. The ideal candidate thrives in front of a crowd, can think on their feet, understands pacing and live entertainment, and knows how to create unforgettable moments between pitches. If you can command a stadium, make kids laugh, hype a sold-out crowd, improvise when things go sideways, and keep the energy rolling for nine innings, we want to hear from you. Candidates should be comfortable performing in front of large crowds, moving throughout the stadium, and working in summer weather conditions.
