Position: Account Executive, Ticket Sales & ServiceDepartment: Ticket Sales & ServiceImmediate Supervisor(s): Director, Ticket Sales & ServiceStart Date: February 2026Term: Full-time- Existing VacancySalary Range: $39,500-$44,500 + Bonus Compensation up to $10,500OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIESThe Account Executive, Ticket Sales & Service is responsible for day-to-day ticket department and account support as well as driving revenue growth through season seat memberships, group sales, strategic partnerships, and business development initiatives. experience, preferably in the sports industry, with a proven track record of closing deals and delivering exceptional service. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES· Drive season seat and group sales revenue by prospecting, engaging, and closing new business through targeted outreach, meetings, and networking. experience by attending all home games and assisting with group activations, hospitality, and other business development initiatives. MEASUREMENTS OF SUCCESS· Achieved or surpassed individual and Ticketing team revenue goals· Establish a qualified prospect base through internally provided data, cold-calling, meetings and networking· Actively participating in all ticket sales team meetings and eventsQUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, EXPERIENCE)· The successful candidate will have an established personal and professional network of contacts in the TigerTown region, with an emphasis placed on Hamilton and the Greater Hamilton Area. about coming to work and driving revenue.
