RESPONSIBILITIESAssist with the preparation and execution of Community Relations and/or D.

Support D.
C. United’s signature programs, United We Serve, Soccer & Soar, Raise a Toast, Special Olympics and Twinning ProjectAssist in planning, development and execution of youth soccer coaching events. Cultivate relationships with nonprofit organizations, community groups, and neighboring businesses to understand the greatest need and recommend ways in which the club can empower and uplift them.
Provide other administrative support to the Community Relations and Foundation team as needed in including with the in-kind donation system.
Collaborate with other departments to amplify community programming and events.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTSEligible to receive college credit for the internship.
Dedicate a maximum of 25 hours a week to the internship from August/September- October-November 2026 Experience in sports and/or social impact is a plus.
The selected candidate must be able to successfully pass a background check.

Vested interest in social impact.
Effective oral and written communication.
Knowledge of basic computer programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Possess leadership qualities and thoughtfulness in the work being done.
Good sense of humor.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES · N/A SCHEDULE · Dedicate a maximum of 25 hours a week to the internship from May/June - July/August 2025· Work may include matchdays, weekends, and/or evenings based on season schedule. D.
