Part-time Retail Supervisor

Title: Part time Retail SupervisorDepartment: RetailFLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Part-Time (Estimated 25 hours per week)Reports To: Retail ManagerLast Revision Date: August 25, 2026Summary:This position is designed to assist the Retail Manager with operation of the Union Omaha Team Store. responsibilities. Hourly Rate: $15 – 20 per hour based on experience. Responsibilities:· Assist with closing the Team Store at the end of the day· Communicate with retail staff and customers to ensure that customer expectations are met, issues are resolved, and orders/merchandise is delivered in a timely matter. Requirements:· Previous retail experience required; supervisory or team lead experience preferred. skills· Ability to lead a group of coworkers· Basic understanding of retail processes· Ability to establish and maintain positive and productive working relationships· Ability work in a fast-paced atmosphere· Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. on occasion, perform heavy pushing/pulling of product· Must be flexible in working irregular hours, including nights, weekends and holidays· Must pass a criminal background checkWorking Conditions:This job operates in a store environment. This individual routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and copiers. There is no expectation of working game days.
