Junior Academy Director: Metro North

General Summary of Position:The NEFC Metro North Junior Director is responsible for making sure the entire U6-U9 program meets and exceeds NEFC’s goals. Our Juniors program teaches kids ages 4 to 9. This position will be based out of the Waltham, Belmont & Malden, MA areas. The Junior Director will oversee and manage the administration and operations for the Metro North Junior programs, including, but not limited to, establishing, implementing, evaluating, and leading the program for new and existing members. This individual should be forward-thinking and proactive, creatively seeking new ways to offer services and improve the program to benefit NEFC members, staff, and coaches. They must also be highly detail-oriented, efficient, flexible, and growth-oriented. JOB FUNCTIONS:Communications/Customer ServiceImplement, maintain, and exemplify a standard of superior customer service across all interactions with staff, members, and guests. overview, coach and player placement, and key transition information.
