OverviewThe Snapdragon Stadium Box Office is looking to add to our ticket office event day staff. ResponsibilitiesUse a computerized ticketing system for walk-up ticket sales on event day. Accurately process payments for tickets while following all proper box office selling and payment procedures. Provide a high level of customer service and tactfully resolve ticketing issues with the general public. Assist the general public with accessing, transferring, and accepting tickets via mobile ticketing prior to entering Snapdragon Stadium. Other duties as assigned. QualificationsHigh School graduate or equivalentPrevious retail and/or customer service experienceStrong problem-solving skillsExperience handling cash preferredEngaging, enthusiastic, and able to keep that same composure in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work evenings and weekends as requiredMust have punctual and reliable attendance
