TEAMWORK ONLINE JOB POSTINGPOSITION: Director of Ticket SalesLOCATION: Jefferson City, MissouriSTART DATE: January 5, 2026STATUS: Exempt, Full-TimeREPORTS TO: General ManagerThe Diamond Baseball League (DBL) is a professional-grade collegiate summerbaseball league which will begin play in 2026. The League has secured its inauguralsix markets in Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska, which include first class facilities andmulti-year stadium leases. The league owns and operates each of the six inaugural teams to ensure operationalconsistency and efficiency and the long-term financial security and growth of theLeague. experience, including ownership and operation of collegiate summer,independent and minor league teams, and leadership positions in Major LeagueBaseball. Teams will play a 50-game schedule (30 home games, 20 road games) from late Mayinto the first week of August, 2026. The DBL is seeking a Director of Ticket Sales for Jefferson City who will serve asthe primary advance ticket sales representative for the team via the personal sales ofticket packages (season tickets, partial game plans, picnic outings and group tickets) toboth B2B and B2C constituents. The successful candidate will also oversee the team’sticket operations including box office management and ticket accounting. Opportunities for future growth as the League expands. QUALIFICATIONS: Only those who have sold tickets previously for a sports franchise will beconsidered. Experience with ticketing software.
