Our operations team plays a critical role in ensuring every agreement moves seamlessly from signature to activation. Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Contract Administrator to manage the execution and lifecycle of partnership agreements across our university and partnership portfolio. This role is responsible for ensuring contract data flows accurately through internal systems, verifying compensation structures and revenue share terms, maintaining documentation standards, and supporting clean handoffs between operations, finance, partnership department, and client success teams. You will work daily with partnership agreements that include compensation structures, deliverables, and revenue share terms. This is an execution-focused position where you will track contracts from operational launch, verify pricing and payment terms, flag discrepancies before they become problems, and ensure systems reflect approved deal structures.
