ResponsibilitiesAssist with pre-match stadium setup and post-match breakdown, including signage, seating areas, and fan engagement spacesProvide guest services support, including greeting fans, answering questions, and assisting with seating and general inquiriesSupport ticketing and access control operations, including ticket scanning and entry managementAssist with merchandise sales and sponsor activation areas as neededWork collaboratively with the operations team to ensure smooth matchday executionDeliver consistent, professional customer service throughout eventsPerform other game day duties as assigned by operations staffQualificationsMust be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United StatesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to approximately 50 poundsAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsReliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentAvailability to work evenings, weekends, and most Loudoun United home matchesPrior experience in customer service, events, hospitality, or sports operations preferredWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.
