Job Description
Location: Primarily Remote (must be based in Dallas, TX) Schedule: Minimum 25 hours per week Type: Unpaid Internship Reports To: Chief of Staff & Regional Sales DirectorsPreference will be given to candidates located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, as occasional in-person meeting opportunities may be required.
About UsPeak Sports MGMT is a third-party multimedia rights and revenue partner for college athletic departments across the country. In partnership with these athletic departments, our team is responsible for driving revenue through corporate partnerships and ticket sales while building strong relationships within the local market. We are building a high-performance sales organization inside college athletics. That means accountability, ownership, disciplined outreach, and a strong focus on revenue production.
The RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and motivated Operations & Administrative Intern to support our leadership team across administrative, operational, and research-related projects.

What You'll DoSupport leadership with administrative tasks and special projectsResearch prospective university partners and maintain a partnership pipeline databaseGather and organize market, athletic department, and sponsorship-related informationAssist with onboarding organization and process documentationMaintain CRM records, spreadsheets, and internal databasesCoordinate scheduling, meeting logistics, and follow-up itemsPrepare reports, presentations, and other business materialsAssist with information gathering, public records requests, and other research projects as neededResponsibilitiesSupport leadership with administrative tasks and special projectsResearch prospective university partners and maintain a partnership pipeline databaseGather and organize market, athletic department, and sponsorship-related informationAssist with onboarding organization and process documentationMaintain CRM records, spreadsheets, and internal databasesCoordinate scheduling, meeting logistics, and follow-up itemsPrepare reports, presentations, and other business materialsAssist with information gathering, public records requests, and other research projects as neededQualificationsCurrently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or universityStrong organizational, communication, and research skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslySelf-motivated and comfortable working independentlyProficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online research toolsPreferredInterest in sports business, business operations, sales, administration, or project managementExperience with research, administrative support, or data organizationFamiliarity with CRM systems and spreadsheet managementWhat You’ll GainExposure to the business side of collegiate athleticsDirect experience working with company leadershipHands-on involvement in business operations, market research, and growth initiativesProfessional mentorship and networking opportunities within the sports industryWe are an equal opportunity employer.
