Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesInclude the following:Monitor and supervise Gate Attendant operations and traffic flow at gates. Responsible for communicating event notes and updates to Gate attendants and Outside Operations Management before and after events. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment such as cashless parking equipment, and radios. Assist in the training and supervision of Gate Attendants and temporary staff. Ensure Gate Attendants follow all company policies and procedures. Resolve customer and Gate staff complaints and issues or escalate to Outside Operations Management. Function as a Gate Attendant, when needed. May perform other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems. requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education and/or Experience High School diploma or GED required. Three (3) years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Skills and Abilities Work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to supervise and give directions. Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur. Good written, verbal and computer skills. Computer Skills Operate standard office equipment and personal computer(s) using MS Windows, Excel, MS Word, and other Parking Systems software. Qualifications Be licensed to operate a motor vehicle in the United States.
