OverviewThe Catering Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages during a golf tournament. This position may work at bars, hospitality areas, beverage stations, or other locations throughout the course. The bartender will assist guests, keep the service area stocked, and support the catering team during the event. This is a seasonal role from October 19, 2026, and will end on October 25, 2026. This role pays an hourly rate of $20.00. This position will remain open until October 25, 2026. ResponsibilitiesSet up and break down bar and beverage service areas. Prepare and serve beer, wine, mixed drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages. Check guest identification and follow alcohol service requirements. Provide beverage service to tournament guests and hospitality areas. Keep the bar or beverage station stocked with drinks, ice, cups, and supplies. Maintain a clean and organized service area. Process payments when required. Monitor beverage inventory and notify management when supplies are needed. Work with catering staff and event managers to support tournament operations. Assist with moving supplies, event setup, and cleanup as needed. Follow company safety, sanitation, and alcohol service policies. Be prepared to work outdoors and in different weather conditions. QualificationsPrevious bartending, catering, restaurant, or event experience preferred. Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol. TABC certification may be required. Ability to work in an outdoor event environment. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry beverage cases, ice, and other supplies. Ability to work during high-volume periods. Must be available for the scheduled golf tournament dates and assigned shifts. Ability to communicate with guests, coworkers, and managers.
