    Job Description

    The Partnership Service & Activation Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day relationships, strategic planning, and the execution of the contractual benefits for corporate partners. responsibilities include activation setup, fulfilling sponsorship contract obligations, tracking deliverables, and creating meaningful in-person touchpoints with partners on-site. Available to work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends, holidays and gamedays) Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; preferred areas of study include Marketing, Communications, Sports Management or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience with a major league professional sports team preferred Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally Natural ability to develop a strong rapport and establish long-term relationships with partners, partnership sales team, and with other departmentsStrong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detailsMust have a customer service focus with a spirit and emphasis on partnership developmentOutstanding ability to manage multiple priorities and projects while working with many categories of clientsMust be motivated, reliable, and able to work independently and as part of a teamMust have a growth-mindset and be enthusiastic to learn and take on new challengesExcited to be part of a team environment and be an individual contributor to the Activation department, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary, even when tasks fall outside of the expected job responsibilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office programsSalary range for this role: USD $75,000 to $85,000 per year and discretionary annual company bonus, dependent on the specific qualifications of the successful candidate. equal opportunity employer.
