Job Title: Manager, Premium SalesDepartment: Ticket Sales & ServiceLocation: On-Site at Phoenix Rising StadiumRole Type: Full-TimeReports To: Vice President, Ticket Sales & ServiceJob Summary:The Manager, Premium Sales role is responsible for selling and servicing the full menu of Phoenix Rising FC ticket options including season ticket memberships, partial plans, group tickets and hospitality spaces, and single game tickets with a heightened focus on making active outreach to businesses and selling premium hospitality. This role will assist the Vice President, Ticket Sales & Service in Premium Sales oversight and strategy.
This ideal candidate is a hard worker, self-starter, wants to work in sales, and strives to exceed our Ticket Sales pillars of:Competitive Drive for ExcellenceAccountable to High StandardsGrit & Grind to Leave an ImpactBe Where Your Feet AreResponsibilities:Goal-driven mindset to meet or exceed all established activity and sales goalsProactively make new business sales outreach, including cold and warm calls, to prospective ticket buyers with a focus on calling businessesProspect new business opportunities on a weekly basis to drive incremental ticket sales revenueOversee Premium hospitality spaces on game days, including set up, break down, and food & beverage supportComplete minimum of 40 phone calls per day, in addition to e-mail and text touchpointsSell full menu of ticket options with strong knowledge of season ticket memberships, partial plans, group tickets and hospitality spaces, single game offers, and single game ticketsSet and complete current customer and new business in-stadium, out of office, and video call sales appointmentsBuild relationships with customers with excellent customer service to support connection to their Account Representative, opportunities for up-sell and cross sell, and annual renewalParticipate in outside events, such as sales tables, networking events, and promotional initiatives, as assigned by Phoenix Rising FCMaintain accurate and updated account records in the ticketing system and CRMSupport game day set up, breakdown, and fan experiencesCompetitive mindset to drive individual and team ticket sales initiativesQualifications:Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University required2 years of sales experience with a professional sports team, stadium, arena, or public assembly facilityProficiency in Microsoft Office applications requiredExperience in ticketing and CRM systems preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skills with presentation experience Ability to handle multiple projects & work in a fast-paced environmentTrack record of exceeding goals in a business environmentTeam oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitudeAbility to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays, as requiredAbility to lift and carry up to 25 lbsWe are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.
