About the Position Job Title: Treasury Operations Manager Location: Mostly REMOTE-2 days per month based in Glenview, IL - LOCAL Candidates will only be considered Employment Type: Full-Time Position OverviewThe Treasury Operations Manager reports to the Financial Controller and functions as an individual contributor/subject matter expert with responsibility for the day-to-day operations as well as strategic aspects of owning and building out the treasury function to help scale the business. ResponsibilitiesCash & Liquidity Management· Maintain and continuously improve a rolling 13-week cash flow forecast to support near-term liquidity planning and decision-making· Prepare medium- and long-term cash forecasts (up to 12 months) aligned with the annual budget, strategic plan, and business assumptions· Analyze forecast variances and partner with FP&A, accounting, and business units to improve forecast accuracy· Reconcile cash forecasts to actual results and budget on a regular basis· Ensure adequate liquidity to meet operating, investing, and financing requirementsBanking & Financial Relationships· Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions (i.
