Part-Time Warehouse Associate

GENERAL:The Warehouse Associate is responsible for keeping merchandise moving by receiving, organizing, tracking, and distributing inventory while maintaining a safe, efficient warehouse and delivering exceptional support to retail operations. RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:Maintaining and controlling merchandise inventoryPerform physical inventories as neededEnsuring that the Warehouse Receiving log is up to date at all times. Receiving shipments from the loading dock, inspecting merchandise for damage, and verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders. Assist in receiving merchandise (to include; matching merchandise to the correct purchase orders, counting, tagging, and labeling of merchandise in an organized manner within the warehouse)Keep the warehouse clean and organized to ensure a safe working environment. Distribute and run merchandise to retail locations in an efficient and timely mannerMove portable stands around the building as neededOther duties assigned by managerDemonstrates our One Team philosophy of Passion, Accountability, Customer Focus, and Teamwork. QUALIFICATIONS:High school degreeHighly motivatedDetail oriented is a MUSTHighly energetic to with stand long hoursExcellent customer service and communication skillsMust be able to lift 40 lbs. Regularly stand/walk for long periods of timeClimbing of ladder and kneeling/stooping requiredAble to manage multiple tasks and work in a team environmentMust be able to work a flexible schedule. Must have open availability and be able to work weekends, days and nightsPHYSICAL & MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, walk, use handle or feel, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk and hear. The vision requirement includes close vision and ability to adjust focus. Nature of position requires physical mobility and the ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds. Must have ability to adjust to changing work hours and locations as needed.
