About the Rome Emperors: The Rome Emperors, High-A affiliate of the Atlanta Braves, bring exciting baseball and interactive fan experiences to AdventHealth Stadium. Overview:The Rome Emperors are looking to hire an intern for the 2026 Season for our Stadium Operations Internship. Responsibilities:Work alongside and assist the Director of Stadium Operations engaging in daily operations stadium operation's needs. Understand and engage in stadium maintenance duties. Planning, set-up, and breakdown of all stadium events during the season. Daily management and scheduling of game day staff members. Assist other departments with various tasks, when necessary and appropriate. Assist in departmental problem solving, project planning and the development and execution of departmental goals and objectives. Perform daily walkthroughs of the facility to ensure a proper set-up is complete for each event and game. Other duties as assigned. To be considered for the position:You must be able to start full-time on site in the role as of March 2024, we can facilitate earlier if needed. You must be a recent college grad, or need this internship to graduate (either, or). You must actually want to learn how to be a Stadium Operations Manager for a team and have a passion for it. You must have strong attention to detail be willing to do what is needed to ensure the areas you are responsible for are pristine. You must be able to lift at minimum 50lbs and have the agility to work in a stadium for many hours rain or shine.
