About the Greenville Yard Gnomes The Greenville Yard Gnomes are a member of the Coastal Plain League.! About The Ambassador Program The Greenville Yard Gnomes are looking for motivated and dedicated trainees looking to begin or continue their careers in the sports industry. Responsibilities Work all home games throughout the season while helping create a fun, energetic, and welcoming ballpark atmosphere. Assist with game day ballpark setup, including tables, chairs, flags, signage, tents, and other event materials. Support stadium and concourse activations for theme nights, including vendor setup and teardown. Assist with pregame ceremonies, in-game entertainment, promotions, and fan engagement activities. Collaborate with staff and interns on creative in-game features, skits, and promotional ideas. Help organize ballpark, including promotional and concession items. Assist in maintaining quality control standards by helping ensure seating areas, concourses, and walkways are clean and fan-ready before and after games. Support food and beverage operations through inventory assistance, setup, cleaning, and point-of-sale support. Assist interns and staff with hospitality operations and volunteer coordination to help ensure smooth game day operations. This is a volunteer, experience-based position designed to give you hands-on exposure to all areas of baseball operations while helping you build your resume and professional network. experience, all while being part of the fun in G-Vegas!
