Supervisor: Report directly to the GMThe Ticket Sales Representative will fill an integral role on the Jackals’ sales team. duties as assigned. Primary (Essential) Duties:Meeting and exceeding sales goalsActively sell and maintain a healthy book of ticket sales businessGenerating revenue for the Jackals’ organization via season ticket sales, group ticket sales, individual game ticket sales in the local and regional marketProactively developing NEW business via phone calls, email campaigns, referrals, and face to face meetings. Representing the Jackals’ at outside community, and charitable functions if/as neededGenerating leads within our CRM, as well as online and in person prospecting (networking events)Effectively following up with clients to help provide repeat business and to meet excellent customer service requirementsAchieving at least 80 touch points a day, with a minimum of 50 phone calls - tracked daily. Participating in sales and staff meetings as scheduledOther duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:Undergraduate degree in business/sales/marketing/sports management or similar concentrationMinimum one (1) year of sales experienceExcellent relationship building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact comfortably and effectively with internal and external clients at all levels of an organizationExcellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oralExperience with CRM systemsExtremely coachable and eager to learn every dayHighly motivated self-starter with a strong desire to build a career in the sports businessMust be able to work evenings, holidays and weekends, as required.
