In June 2025, AU transformed and expanded its softball business by launching the Athletes Unlimited Softball League (AUSL), a premier professional women’s softball league. In 2026, additional teams have been added, converting to a fully city-based model, bringing in team owners, and building out ancillary business, fan and partner engagement opportunities. The AUSL is looking for individuals to support the Oklahoma City Spark with day to day operations and event management for practices and games. experience and familiarity with the game of softball, an ability to do physical tasks and a motivation to fill a critical role for a professional women's softball team. Applicants must be local to the Oklahoma City area and have reliable transportation. Timing:June - July: approximately 9 days of set up/tear down, 2 practice days and 3 games per weekThis role is based around the AUSL Regular Season Schedule, which includes practices and game days, with additional hours for pre and post game operations. August - September: approximately 9 days of load in/load out, 3-4 practice days and 3 game days per weekAvailable Positions: $15/hourBall Person - This is an on field position, seated beyond 1st and 3rd base in foul territory. skills to chase and corral foul balls quickly and efficiently.
