RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop staffing plans, deployments, and event estimates for their venue. Communicates with and “Briefs” event staff, event supervisors and event area directors. Must be able to manage over 100 supervisors and staff responsible for event crowd management activities. Coordinates all details of their event. RESPONSIBILITIES:May use event vehicles “golf carts” when provided for events subject to completion company training. Oversee care and return of all issued equipment. Check that all staff wear appropriate uniforms. Walking significant distances, including up and down stairs, as may be needed to roam throughout the venue. REQUIREMENTS: As a nationwide organization with involvement in many of the world's premier events, the CSC Los Angeles Event Manager may be asked to travel to other branch locations and provide management assistance for such events. Some common annual events include the Coachella Valley Music Festival, Stagecoach Country Music Festival, Electronic Daisy Carnival (EDC), NFL Playoffs, and various conventions. All travel is paid for by CSC.
