Position Profile: Financial AnalystDepartment: Finance, Strategy & AnalyticsReports to: Director of Finance and Business Intelligence Status: Salaried, Exempt JOB SUMMARY: The Kansas City Chiefs are seeking a highly analytical and motivated Financial Analyst with approximately 3 years of experience to support financial planning, reporting, and strategic initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES – CROSS-FUNCTIONAL: Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and Revenue teams Support capital planning for stadium investments Contribute to process improvements and financial governance Assist with ad hoc analysis and special projects QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 2–4 years of relevant experience Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills Advanced Excel proficiency; BI tools preferred Experience with financial systems (e. skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment WHAT SETS THIS ROLE APART: Exposure to NFL event operations and leadership Involvement in major stadium events Contribution to long-term stadium strategy Blend of FP&A, strategy, and analytics ROLE EXPECTATIONS: This is an in-office position in Kansas City, MO. There will be evening/weekend work aligned with event schedule. Occasional travel required.
