About the RoleThe Game Day Operations / Tickets Intern will assist the operations team in delivering a professional and engaging matchday experience for fans, partners, and players. This role is ideal for students interested in sports management, event operations, or ticketing. What You Will DoAssist with stadium setup and matchday preparation prior to kickoffSupport ticketing operations and fan entry areasGreet and direct fans, partners, and VIP guestsAssist with fan engagement activities and promotionsSupport sponsor activations and marketing areasAssist staff with general matchday logistics and operationsHelp ensure a safe and organized environment for all attendeesSupport post-match breakdown and cleanup QualificationsInterest in sports management, event operations, or fan engagementStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced event environmentAvailability for evening and weekend matchdaysPositive attitude and willingness to support multiple departmentsInternship DetailsType: Credit-Based Internship (Unpaid). This internship is eligible for academic credit through your college or university. Students may need to coordinate with their institution for approval.
