Marketing & Ticket Sales Intern Fall 2026

Job Duties:Assist in selling full season ticket plans, partial season plans, group tickets, premium/suite experiences, and fundraising ticketsReceive sales training and work with the Ticket Sales Director to complete a minimum of 30 sales calls per dayAssist with servicing full/partial season ticket holders and group leadersHelp create and develop marketing content for Reading Royals social media channelsAssist with social media and content creation ideas, including short-form content for TikTok and InstagramAssist with building marketing emails and promotional text messages through VozziHelp develop promotional and marketing campaigns designed to drive ticket sales and fan engagementProvide customer service to fans on game nights while assisting with game operationsGain a working knowledge of Ticketmaster and Monday CRMAssist with database collection, input, and management within the CRM systemAdditional responsibilities as assigned by the Ticket Sales DirectorWhat You'll Gain:Hands-on experience in professional sports marketing and ticket salesSales training and experience communicating with real customersExperience creating social media, email, and SMS marketing campaignsExperience using Ticketmaster, Monday CRM, and other industry toolsGame-day experience with a professional sports organizationExposure to both the business and marketing sides of a professional sports teamThe opportunity to work directly with the Reading Royals sales and marketing teamQualifications and Requirements:Internship requiring college creditInterest in the sports, marketing, and/or sales industriesEnrolled in a Business, Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or related college degree programWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.
