Position Summary: ONT Field, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for a Dishwasher position at ONT Field. Responsible for Maintaining kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*Maintains sanitary and safe work environment. duties as assigned by supervisor. Experience/Training/Education:*Experience in a food and beverage setting required. License/Certificate:*Valid Food Handlers Card Required*A valid food handler’s card is required for this position. The company will cover the cost of the training and compensate employees for the time spent completing the course. The certification must be obtained within 30 days of the hire date. Skills and Abilities:*Basic food service health codes and sanitation standards.*Follow directions both verbal and written.*Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Physical and Environmental Requirements:• Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in positive motivation and teamwork• Ability to work with minimal supervision• Ability to interact with all levels of customers and staff including management• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, in addition to normal business hours• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with all staff and vendors. Requirements:This position requires standing, walking, bending and lifting 50lbs. duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to move around the facility; to stand for long hours during events. This position may require work inside or outside of the building, as needed by events. This position requires stooping and lifting. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, in addition to normal business hours. Must be able to pass background.
