Position Summary:We are seeking hardworking and passionate individuals to join our Matchday Operations Staff for the 2026 USL Championship season at Rhode Island FC. QualificationsPassion for sports/soccer and an interest in sports/event management. Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and potentially long hours/late nights in various weather conditions, as required by the event schedule. Must be able to work at least 75% of scheduled home games for the 2026 Rhode Island FC season. skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods and performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs. Punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential. Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the US. High School Diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree or current college student preferred.
