Part-Time Event Staff – Duke University Athletics Event Partners Inc. Duties and Tasks:Ensure guests attending Duke University, Wake Forest, Lenovo Center, and other venues in the Raleigh/Durham and Winston-Salem/Greensboro area are having a safe and enjoyable experience. Ensure guests are parking in appropriate areas. Monitor access into reserved lots and locations, ensuring only access to approved individuals. Follow guidelines to ensure all guests are being provided superior customer service. Assist EPI’s operations in the Raleigh/Durham region and possible event opportunities in Winston-Salem, Greensboro, and Charlotte. Other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations and Event Supervisors. Requirements:High School Diploma required. Must be 18 years of age or older to work. Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Experience working on a part-time event staff. experience preferred. Superior Customer Service Skills. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills. Ability to work nights, weekends, and occasional holidays. Ability to work in all weather conditions. Must display a positive attitude and superior customer service skills. Must always maintain a neat and professional image. This position will report directly to the Director of Operations and assigned Event Supervisor.
