Seasonal Group Ticket Sales Representative

WHO ARE THE ERIE SEAWOLVES? Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Contacting new group and hospitality prospects, completing a minimum of 15 outreach activities per hour. Maintaining call and meeting activity in team’s CRM system. Communicating with ticketing and food service staffs to ensure fulfillment of each sale. Providing remarkable service to team clients. QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, have superior people skills and…Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel),Strong organizational skills. Previous sales or service experience preferred. HOURSThis part-time, seasonal role is available for approximately 20-25 hours per week (Mon-Fri) from June 1-August 14, 2026. Daily hours are flexible, but a regular weekly cadence is preferred. COMPENSATION$15/hour + bonus opportunities
