Promotions & Ticket Sales Assistant (Intern/Seasonal)

Position SummaryThe Dubuque Fighting Saints are seeking a Promotions & Ticket Sales Assistant to support game-day promotions, fan engagement, and ticket sales initiatives throughout the 2026–2027 season. experience in live event operations, sports marketing, and sales support within a professional hockey environment. ResponsibilitiesLead setup and execution of in-game promotions and theme nightsRepresent the organization at community and promotional eventsSupport ticket sales efforts, including group, season, and promotional ticket initiativesAssist with lead generation, fan outreach, and ticket sales researchCollaborate with other departments on ticketing-related initiatives and special projects. Provide general office and administrative support as neededQualificationsA degree or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skillsEnergetic, reliable, and able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays, as required by the hockey and event schedule. Ability to work on their feet for extended periods of times and able to lift 10-15 lbs.
