This position is responsible for leading daily security operations, managing staff scheduling, overseeing security systems and technical processes, and supporting large-scale event operations.

Work Location: Eagan, MNWhat You’ll Do Lead and coordinate scheduling for all 24/7 venue security personnelOversee building and venue security systems, access control, and operational processesManage, coach, and mentor security supervisors and team members to ensure exceptional performance and complianceSupport event operations including planning, coordination, and execution for large-scale eventsPartner with venue leadership, event management teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver safe event experiencesServe as liaison with local law enforcement, emergency services, and public safety agenciesLead incident response, investigations, and crisis management effortsPrepare reports and documentation related to incidents, investigations, or legal mattersEnsure proper handling and accountability of security equipment and technologyTravel occasionally for regional meetings and operational supportPerform additional duties as assigned What We’re Looking For Proven leadership experience in venue security, event security, or large-scale operationsStrong operational mindset with ability to manage complex environmentsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure situationsCommitment to safety, service excellence, and team development Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum 5 years of security experience, preferably in venue, stadium, arena, convention center, or large facility environmentsMinimum 5 years of leadership experience managing teams in a large account (1100+ HPW)Military, law enforcement, EMS, or public safety background preferredAbility to pass background screeningAbility to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodationWillingness to travel occasionally (less than 10%) Physical Requirements Ability to stand or walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours)Frequent sitting, standing, walking, talking, and hearingOccasional climbing, bending, reaching overhead, and working in confined spacesAbility to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to lift, push, or pull up to 45 poundsStrong visual awareness including peripheral vision and depth perception Work Environment This role operates in a dynamic venue environment supporting both daily operations and large-scale events.
