    NBA Short-Form Video Host / 5-Minute Show HostLocked On Podcast NetworkDo you live and breathe the NBA, know your favorite team inside and out, and know how to create video content that makes sports fans stop scrolling? The Locked On Podcast Network is hiring NBA team-specific content creators for a high-volume digital video product built for modern basketball fans. We are looking for dynamic, entertaining, credible creators who can become a daily voice for an NBA fan base across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, X, YouTube, and audio platforms. This role is designed for modern sports creators — people who understand basketball, know how NBA fans talk, can deliver strong takes with personality, and have the production skills and on-camera presence to create compelling content every day. Applications without team-specific video demos may not be considered. About the RoleThis is a high-volume daily content position built around one NBA team. You will create content specifically for fans of that team every day across short-form vertical video, YouTube, and audio. We are looking for creators who can react quickly to breaking news, identify the stories fans care about, offer clear opinions, and turn those stories into compelling video content. This is not a traditional broadcasting job. We are looking for someone who understands both basketball and modern digital content creation. Daily Content ResponsibilitiesFour Short-Form Videos Per DayCreate and produce four short-form vertical videos every day. Length: Approximately 90 seconds to 2 minutesContent will be distributed across:TikTokInstagramYouTube ShortsFacebookThese videos should be fast-moving, visually engaging, opinionated, and designed specifically for fans scrolling through social media. The goal is simple:Grab their attention immediately and give them a reason to keep watching. Two 5- to 6-Minute Shows Per DayIn addition to short-form content, the host will produce two approximately 5- to 6-minute team-specific shows each day. These episodes will be distributed through:YouTubeAudio podcast platforms through a dedicated RSS feedThese shows allow the creator to go deeper on the biggest stories surrounding the team while maintaining a quick, highly consumable format. You should always know what fans of your team are talking about today. Key ResponsibilitiesProduce four short-form videos per day. Produce two 5- to 6-minute shows per day. React quickly to breaking NBA news. Develop strong, interesting angles rather than simply repeating headlines. Produce visually engaging video using captions, graphics, images, clips, transitions, green-screen effects, and other creative tools. Record professional-quality video and audio. Edit and produce your own content. Publish and promote content consistently across digital and social platforms. Interact with fans and help develop an engaged team-specific community. Follow the team year-round — regular season, playoffs, draft, free agency, Summer League, training camp, and offseason. Consistently identify topics capable of generating conversation and engagement.
