2027 Full-Time Video Director Intern - York Revolution

Duration: Approximately March 1 – September 30Compensation: $1000 monthly stipendEligibility: Must be a recent college graduateHousing: Not provided, but we will assist interns in finding housing and/or roommates if needed Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain digital media content, including still images, animations, and video, to support York Revolution game events. Produce original content for online platforms, social media, and television broadcasts. Assist the Director of Marketing in executing video and graphic design projects throughout the season. Help set up and maintain computer hardware, software, and video equipment, including Formetco videoboard systems at WellSpan Park. Support ticket sales initiatives by creating engaging content and assisting in marketing campaigns for game events. Participate in community relations and team appearances, including serving as mascot and/or handler for street team events when needed. Contribute to video and graphic design projects for non-baseball clients and community initiatives. Assist with game day operations and other marketing-related tasks at WellSpan Park throughout the season. All team members of the York Revolution contribute to event operations, which includes some physical tasks as part of creating the best fan experience possible. Someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. A team player who can support marketing initiatives, community events, and game day operations with a positive attitude. A flexible learner eager to gain hands-on experience in content creation, social media, and professional sports marketing. experience in video creation, in-game production, and sports business all within a fun and engaging environment.
