    Job Description

    Position Summary:Under general supervision, the Command Center Operator provides 24/7 monitoring, operation, and support of critical building systems at LoanDepot Park. Responsibilities include monitoring and controlling the Building Automation System (BAS), HVAC, and lighting systems using multiple building automation software platforms, including Wattstopper, Winn Control, Ensemble, and Synchrony. The operator optimizes system performance, monitors equipment operation, troubleshoots system issues, and adjusts equipment to improve energy efficiency and maintain occupant comfort. Additional responsibilities include monitoring and responding to alarms from the Fire Alarm System, Smoke Control Panel, and Facility HelpDesk System. The Command Center Operator also serves as the primary point of contact for ballpark staff by receiving and responding to service requests related to temperature, lighting, and other facility operations, ensuring timely resolution and uninterrupted building performance. Essential Functions:Provide excellent customer service when dealing with Ballpark Staff and Contractors;Provide information and assistance to calling parties concerning general assistance needs, emergency needs, and security as appropriate; Process service requests through the Facility HelpDesk system. Assign, update, and close out as work is performed and ensure requests are addressed promptly;Follow procedures in dispatching personnel for emergency and non-emergency situations;Log subcontractor arrivals and departures. Assign escorts and/or keys as appropriate and ensure that the facilities team is aware of the work to be performed during the subcontractor’s visit;Log all activities/changes/adjustments to systems (primarily related to BAS and Lighting Control Systems) to ensure that future shifts understand actions taken and status of systems;Report on systems status at the end of each shift to Manager, Facilities;Take actions to always minimize energy waste within the ballpark, including surveying the ballpark HVAC and lighting to ensure equipment is not running outside of scheduled times. Qualifications & Requirements:Ability to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays to support 24/7/365 coverage as necessary;Excellent customer service skills. skills and the ability to learn in-house systems required;Experience with monitoring multiple critical systems.
