Event Manager S. A. F. E. Management | Atlanta The Job S. A. F. E. Management staffs and operates event security and guest services at nearly 70 venues across 11 markets and 10 states. That includes major NFL and college stadiums and arenas in Las Vegas, Phoenix, Houston, Nashville, Atlanta, Jacksonville, Tampa, Baltimore, Cleveland, Newark, and Denver. On a busy weekend we have 20,000 team members working live events around the country. The Event Manager leads event execution in their market. You own the plan, direct the coordinators and supervisors who carry it out, and serve as the primary S. A. F. E. point of contact for the client on event day. When something goes wrong, the decision is yours to make. This role is a step toward running a venue. We hire Event Managers who are already operating like the next level up, and we expect you to develop the people underneath you as you go. What You'll Do Lead EventsOwn the client relationship for your assigned events, from advance planning through post-event follow-upBuild the event plan: staffing model, post assignments, event-day documentation, and contingency planningDirect coordinators and supervisors during events and hold the team to S.
