SUMMER LEGAL INTERN – OVERVIEW:Elevate is seeking up to two (2) rising second- or third-year law student(s) for a 2026 summer internship. RESPONSIBILITIES:Prepare, review, and negotiate various types of commercial agreements, including services agreements, statements of work, license agreements, vendor and supplier agreements, and non-disclosure agreements in support of Elevate’s business. Prepare, update, and implement corporate and compliance policies, including with respect to data privacy, cyber security, international operations, anti-money laundering, diversity and inclusion and environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives, among other things. Assess legal and operational risks and provide guidance to the legal team regarding the company’s current and future planned operations. Maintain current knowledge of applicable federal and state laws and regulations and monitor regulatory developments to ensure organizational adaptation and compliance. Conduct comprehensive research on a variety of legal issues and provide clear, concise advice and recommendations to the Elevate legal team. Assist with any other projects, tasks, duties or initiatives as designated by the Elevate legal team. QUALIFICATIONS:The qualifications listed below represent the credentials necessary to perform the essential functions of this position. ExperienceMust be a current full-time law school student pursuing a J. D. skills necessary to thrive in a fast-paced environment while responding quickly and effectively to changing or evolving priorities. Relentless work ethic and attention to detail. Business-first, entrepreneurial mindset. Team-first mentality. Desire to learn new skills (both legal and non-legal) and tackle any task assigned by the Elevate legal team. requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
