ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer service to ensure guests have a great fan experienceEnsure areas are safe for patrons and staffPerform ID checks of patrons to ensure they are of legal drinking ageAnticipate and correct any trouble situations in your areaAnticipate and diffuse potentially unsafe situationsAssist in guest evictions as requiredPerform other duties and responsibilities as requiredPerform written event summaries after each shiftAssist with housekeeping items during and after eventsQualificationsA valid AST or BST license is required.
