responsibilities, without limitation, to include the following: Work closely with the Corporate Partnerships department and see that current clients receive superior service and complete fulfillment and execution of all contractual elements Assist with maintenance and updating of club's sponsorship inventory including autographed memorabilia, team apparel, and other merchandise Assist with maintaining records of all asset implementation Assist with the planning and execution of Corporate Partnership-related special events Assist with team mascot or Cardinals Cheerleaders appearances by being on site to fulfill Interact professionally with clients, team executives, other departments, and fans at games and events Assist in planning and execution of special events, games and client meetings./
Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree conferred by June 2026 or equivalent education, training, and experience Strong understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Word Excellent English written and verbal communication skills Basic understanding of client service, marketing and integrated sponsorship programs Experience working with professional sports team or league organization preferred Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines Able to work non-traditional hours, in non-traditional settings Self-motivated and able to work independently Demonstrate flexibility and creative problem-solving skills Must be able to work in-person in the Tempe, AZ corporate office; business attire required Able to lift 25 lbs Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility in non-traditional settings for periods of up to eight (8) hours in length Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; hours may vary depending on business needs between 25-40 hours per week Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check The Arizona Cardinals Football Club is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.
