With a proven track record of industry success among our current ticket sales and service leadership team, the role of the Sales Associate will benefit from an in-depth, 12-month, training and professional development program with promotional opportunities into a full-time sales position.
The ideal candidate will be a recent college graduate looking to break into an entry-level sports sales role. The candidate should have a strong interest in the revenue generating side of the business with a desire to grow into a permanent sales position. This role will report directly to the Director, Ticket Sales and is a 12-month sales program generating revenue across all platforms (basketball memberships, basketball + event memberships) for the Milwaukee Bucks and Fiserv Forum organization.
ResponsibilitiesMeet or exceed 100 outbound sales calls per day through assigned leads and campaigns, subject to changeConduct in-arena appointments, virtual appointments, and tours of Fiserv Forum to assist in closing new business and developing new relationships Set and complete 8-10 face to face appointments with new prospects per monthResponsible for selling a full menu of ticket products for the Milwaukee Bucks, including, but not limited to full and partial season ticket packages, group tickets, and hospitality packagesAdditional opportunities to sell premium and group packages for concert/events at Fiserv ForumMeet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals and hustle metricsMaintain organized and detailed records of all-season ticket customers and prospects within our CRM systemGame night and weekend duties as assigned (visit clients, works sales table, etc.
