Associates will play a key role in operating temporary retail stores, engaging with customers, and supporting major brand partners during a variety of tournaments and activations. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who enjoy teamwork, live events, and fast-paced environments. This temporary position offers an intensive event experience with extended workdays, and a heavy concentration of weekend and holiday shifts. Individuals who are flexible, adaptable, and able to maintain broad availability from November 19 through December 13, 2026, will gain the most from this opportunity. What You’ll ExperienceSet up, manage, and break down temporary retail spaces at large-scale events. Assist with inventory management and basic accounting tasks. Engage directly with customers to drive sales and build brand loyalty. Support marketing activations and event promotions. Collect and analyze event sales and consumer data. Work alongside a team in a fast-paced, physically active environment. Gain hands-on experience in sports retail, marketing, sales, and event operations. Commitment & QualificationsAvailability and willingness to work occasional weekends, holidays, early mornings, late evenings, and extended event shifts as scheduled. Strong customer service and sales-oriented mindset. Outgoing, dependable, and adaptable. Able to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. An interest in sports, retail, marketing, or events. Current enrollment in or completion of a degree program related to Business, Marketing, Sport Management, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Location & TravelThis position is based in Raleigh, NC. Event locations are primarily in and around the Raleigh area, however future opportunities may allow for more extensive travel. All travel expenses for approved assignments, including flights, lodging, and local transportation, are covered by SPG.
