Ticket Sales Internship

The Bowling Green Hot Rods are looking for ticket sales interns for the 2026 season. about gaining experience in Minor League Baseball. Responsibilities:Sell single game, group, full season, and partial season tickets to Hot Rods home gamesFill single game ticket orders in the box office (phone, internet, walk up) during all events and game days Find new ways to sell and market the Hot RodsResearch new ways to improve the ticketing operations and salesAssist in running fans services on gameday and working closely with our promotional teamOffice hours operating box office windowsAssist season ticket holders with any ticketing issuesCollecting and managing customer data for marketing campaignsSkills/QualificationsProficient written and verbal skillsProficient in word and excelHighly motivatedHigh attention to detailAbility to work in fast pace environments such as game days or eventsAbility to work games days and non-traditional hoursAbility to work on individual and team assignments while handling strict deadlinesPrevious sales experience preferred but not requiredPrevious ticketing software experience preferred but not requiredSchedule:Will be expected to work game days and office hours during the Hot Rods season beginning March and running through October.
