Responsibilities Include: Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice entry, coding, and payment processing Match invoices to purchase orders and ensure proper approvals are obtained prior to payment Execute check runs, including preparing, verifying, and distributing payments Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable activity within the financial system Track and monitor purchase orders and resolve discrepancies as needed Support timely and accurate payment of all vendor invoices in accordance with deadlines Maintain petty cash accounts and ensure proper documentation and reconciliation Uphold strong internal controls to protect the financial, legal, and operational integrity of the organization Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to resolve billing issues and improve processes Model organizational values including stewardship, accountability, and service Other duties as assigned. qualifications and perform the duties of any revised job description.
