Who We Are:IMG is a leading global sports marketing agency, specializing in media rights management and sales, multi-channel content production and distribution, brand partnerships, strategic consulting, digital services, and events management.
Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesLicensing video archive content (footage and programming) from the 35+ IMG portfolio of archives to licensees based Worldwide predominantly focused in the USA marketParticular interest in sport is required and expertise is desired in the following sports – Tennis, Golf as well as US specific sportsLicensing News Access rights for the 20+ current rights holders based in EMEATo negotiate, agree and conclude archive content licensing deals across IMG 35+ rights holders/archives and maximising all license fees, with each deal being individually pre-agreed by each rights holderSales will predominantly originate from customers in the USA and rights holders that we represent in that territory.

Working knowledge of MS Office software, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPointExperience in reporting and recording through sales CRMStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to build long lasting working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to self-direct and motivate and work with minimal supervisionA strong team player that is flexible, dependent on business demandExcellent time management skills, ability to work calmly under pressure whilst meeting deadlinesStrong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritiseWorking ConditionsThis is a permanent positionThis role will be based in New YorkMay be required to attend (and travel to) locations, including other IMG buildings and meetingsUnsocial hours may be required, as dictated by the demands of the business scheduleAdapting to use of new systems and technology where appropriate Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position.
