Duration: Approximately January 4 – May 23Compensation: Unpaid, college creditEligibility: Current college student Housing: Not provided Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with content management of the First Capital Federal Credit Union Team Store website, merchrev.com, with the goal of increasing online and in-person revenue. Reformatting layouts, designing banner ads, photographing store itemsSchedule, train and supervise team store staff in preparation for the 2027 Baseball Season. Assist with managing inventory, including counting, tagging and in store displays. Assist with purchasing retail inventory. Research industry trends in retail and adopt effective campaigns and technology that can increase revenue and consumer awareness of our products. Collaborate with the Marketing Department for design of retail offerings. Communicate with the Marketing Department on promotion of merchandise and provide social media content, with the goal of increasing retail revenue. Create fun and unique ways to promote merchandise with the goal of increasing retail revenue and creating demand for our products. Create an organized, clean and creative atmosphere in the First Capital Federal Credit Union Team Store. Manage cash settlements and deposits of the First Capital Federal Credit Union Team Store at the close of each business day. Supervise shipping or pick-up of online orders.
