What We Are Looking For:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Club Services and Sales Operations Assistant to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting daily club service operations, assisting with sales processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring excellent communication between departments. About the Role:Provide administrative support to the Club Services and Sales Operations teamAssist with order processing, sales tracking, and reportingMaintain accurate customer and account recordsSupport communication between sales, customer service, and operations teamsHelp resolve client inquiries and ensure timely follow-upPrepare reports, spreadsheets, and internal documentationAssist with inventory coordination and product/service updatesSupport special projects and day-to-day operational tasks as neededAbout You:You have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited collegeStrong organizational and multitasking skillsYou have the ability to collaborate with other team membersExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and OutlookAttention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentYou have experience with CRM platforms such as SalesforceYou have a track record of driving resultsYou’re hardworking and goal-orientedYou have a tireless positive attitudeYou have a growth mindset and view challenges as learning opportunities, not failuresYou love getting to know new people and helping them improve their product/services.
