    Assistant Cleaning, Supervisor Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRidersPosition OverviewThe Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Cleaning Supervisor. This position will work with the Stadium Operations Manager to help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall presentation of PNC Field and surrounding facilities. The Assistant Cleaning Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day cleaning operations, facility upkeep, and event readiness throughout the stadium. This individual will assist in ensuring all public, premium, and operational spaces remain clean, safe, and welcoming for fans, guests, staff, and event attendees year-round. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesWork alongside the Stadium Operations Manager to support the cleanliness and appearance of PNC Field and all stadium facilities. Assist with the supervision and coordination of cleaning staff and porter crews during games, events, and other stadium functions. Help ensure cleanliness standards are maintained throughout: Main concourse areas Seating bowl Plaza and exterior fan areas Geisinger Champions ClubRestrooms and common areasAdministrative offices and operational spacesConduct routine inspections of the facility to identify cleaning, maintenance, and appearance-related needs. Coordinate daily cleaning schedules and assignments to ensure all areas are properly maintained. Assist with game day and event preparation, including pre-event setup and post-event cleanup operations. Help maintain stadium equipment, supplies, and storage areas in a clean and organized manner. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning products and supplies and communicate replenishment needs. Assist in addressing facility-related concerns and coordinating corrective action when necessary. Contribute to creating a first-class experience for fans, guests, partners, and event attendees through exceptional facility presentation. QualificationsHigh school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience in facility operations, custodial management, event operations, stadium operations, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively lead and motivate staff in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high facility standards. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications preferred. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the facility. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as required. ScheduleThis is a position requiring a flexible schedule based on the RailRiders' baseball season, special events calendar, and facility operational needs.
