Position SummaryThe Senior Sales Manager/Sales Manager will be instrumental in driving revenue growth for Las Vegas Lights FC by focusing on the sales of both Premium Season Tickets and Group Tickets.

Working closely with the Vice President, Ticketing, this position is responsible for personal sales targets, cultivating strong client relationships, and developing the next generation of sales talent.
Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve or exceed annual sales goals for Premium Season Tickets and Group Tickets through proactive B2B outreach and relationship management. Work closely with VP of Ticketing on weekly training sessions for the Inside Sales team focusing on both B2C and B2B sales processes Develop and maintain excellent relationships with individuals and businesses through consistent and effective communication (in-person, phone, text, email).
Establish, implement, and oversee the Inside Sales Internship Program, including recruiting, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of Inside Sales Interns.
Set performance metrics and provide regular coaching and feedback to interns, mentoring them to ensure a strong talent pipeline for senior-level and Account Executive positions.
Manage a personal book of business, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing sales.
Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client requests and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Assist in the development and execution of customized group programs, benefits, and events.
Conduct out-of-office appointments with prospects and clients, prioritizing relationship building.
Maintain detailed, organized and generate accurate records within the CRM system to support sales and service efforts.
Support broader sales, service, and marketing initiatives of the organization.
Assist with various game day responsibilities as needed.
Embrace and adapt to change, demonstrating tenacity and resilience.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President, Ticketing.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 2+ years of progressive experience in sports ticket sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
Strong leadership potential with the ability to mentor and develop emerging talent.
Leadership experience of 1 or 2 years is preferred.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict management skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with CRM software and inventory management systems is a plus.
Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by game schedules and events.
Physical DemandsAbility to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to sit, stand, bend, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
