Game Presentation - Seasonal Assistant

The Los Angeles Chargers are looking for a dependable, hard-working and creative individual to join the Game Presentation team as a Game Presentation - Seasonal Assistant for the 2026-27 NFL Season. experience in live event production, management, logistics, creative asset tracking, and research. This is a seasonal, non-exempt, position which will end after the conclusion of the 2026-27 NFL Season. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Assist field and stage producers during Chargers home games with presentation elements during pregame, halftime, and in-game live hitsBrainstorm and collaborate with Chargers staff on all aspects of game day – team introductions, TV timeouts, sponsor obligations and more Research new and creative tools to improve the fan experience at Chargers home games Prepare run of show, timing documents, and field diagrams for game day assistantsKeep an accurate inventory and record of sponsorship requirements for each home game at SoFi StadiumAssist with the communication and logistics for features and guestsWork cross-functionally with various organizational departments to track projects Support oversight of Game Day Assistants Work with external vendors on various projectsOther duties as assignedRequired Skills: Ability to work in a team environmentHighly organized and detailed approach to workProfessional demeanorAttention to detail and event timelines Awareness of current cultural trendsProblem solving in high-pressure situationsEffective communicator in fast-paced environmentsMust be able to work nights, weekends, holidays and all Chargers home games at SoFi StadiumWorking knowledge of Google Drive, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), ShoFlo a plusFamiliarity with control room software (Ross XPression, DreamCatcher) a plusApplicant must:Have authorization to work in the U. S. Have a current driver’s licenseBe able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week as well as game day/nights, weekends and other various eventsAttach a current resume and cover letterAnswer all “Job Questions” belowThis position will pay $17.87 an hour.
