Baseball Operations Data Analytics Intern

The Wilmington Sharks are seeking a Data Analytics Intern to support our Baseball Operations department during the summer season. This role is built for someone who understands the game, is comfortable working with performance data, and can turn information into something that actually impacts decisions on the field. You will work directly with coaches, players, and front office staff in a fast-paced, competitive environment where accuracy, consistency, and communication matter.
