    Sports Performance Coach & Closing Operations LeadABOUT USWSFS Bank Sportsplex is a premier multi-sport and event facility, spanning over 32 acres along the Delaware River, serving athletes, clubs, and the community through world-class fields, programming, and events. ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking a motivated and versatile Sports Performance Manager & Closing Operations Lead to drive our sports performance programming while managing key aspects of daily operations. RESPONSIBILITIESSports Performance LeadershipDevelop and manage sports performance programs, including:1-on-1 athlete trainingSmall group sessionsTeam-based performance programsRecruit, train, and supervise part-time performance coaches. Deliver engaging, high-quality training sessions. Set and track performance and revenue goals. Drive program enrollment and retention through marketing and member engagement. Marketing & SalesCollaborate with the marketing team to support:Social media content and promotionsEmail and digital marketing campaignsManage and track individual and team sales, ensuring revenue targets are met. OperationsOversee daily setup and breakdown of performance and training areas. Maintain facility cleanliness, safety, and readiness for programming. Managerial & Closing DutiesSupervise closing operations, including staff oversight and end-of-day checklists. Conduct nightly inspections to ensure:Facility cleanliness and readiness for next-day useSecurity systems are armed and operationalCash handling and deposits are completed accurately (as applicable)Coordinate with operations management to communicate any maintenance or scheduling needs. QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Sports Management, or related field (preferred). experience in sports performance, fitness, or athletic training. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate both staff and athletes. Proven ability to meet financial and enrollment targets. CPR/AED and relevant training certifications (e.g., NASM, CSCS, ACE, or equivalent) preferred. Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
