    Position OverviewHearts of Pine and USLW Maine is seeking a self-motivated Senior Account Executive who will be responsible for managing season ticket member accounts, generating ticket revenue, and building strong relationships with fans, groups, and businesses. The Senior Account Executive will provide best-in-class customer service through proactive and reactive relationship-building strategies while selling a variety of ticketing products, including season tickets and other premium offerings. The ideal candidate is a hardworking, team-oriented professional with strong communication and relationship-building skills and a proven track record in sales or customer service. This individual should be ready to immediately contribute to the goals of the Hearts of Pine and USLW Maine Ticketing Department. The Senior Account Executive will play a key role in filling the stadium through new sales, season ticket sales, renewals, and upselling, while creating an exceptional experience for every customer. This role will leverage CRM tools, member data, and targeted touchpoint campaigns to increase engagement, loyalty, and customer satisfaction. This position will also be an integral part of the overall Ticketing Department, providing best-in-class gameday service and experiences for Season Ticket Members, local fans, and visiting supporters. As a Senior Account Executive, you won’t just be servicing season ticket member accounts, you’ll be helping build the foundation for a new stadium experience and creating relationships with the fans, families, businesses, and organizations who will fill it. Your work will directly contribute to the growth of the club and help shape what matchday looks like for years to come. ResponsibilitiesManage season ticket members accounts for both Hearts of Pine and USLW Maine and accurately record customer interactions, touchpoints, and updated information using Vivenu and HubSpot CRM. Educate prospective customers with the goal of converting interested fans into Hearts of Pine and USLW Maine ticket buyers. Generate new business through consistent inbound and outbound sales activity, including phone calls, emails, text messages, and other prospecting efforts. Effectively sell available Hearts of Pine and USLW Maine ticket inventory across products and customer segments. Monitor inbound communication channels, including phone, email and text, to assist current and prospective fans. Develop expertise in all ticket products, benefits, and services to proactively anticipate customer needs and deliver a high level of satisfaction. Work closely with Ticket Sales Leadership to execute sell-out strategies and achieve department revenue objectives. Meet regularly with Sales Leadership to review sales activity, pipeline development, and season ticket member accounts. Assist with Season Ticket Member events, including planning, setup, check-in, and general event operations. Assist with fan experiences and other club events, including planning, setup, check-in, and general event operations. Serve as a primary fan-facing representative at Hearts of Pine and USLW Maine events and home matches, helping ensure an exceptional experience for all guests. Responsibilities may include box office support, ticket resolution, phone queue coverage, and fan experiences. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & SkillsDynamic, outgoing, self-motivated individual with strong communication skills and natural customer service instincts. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with prospects, clients, and fans. Proven ability to work toward and achieve sales goals and quotas. Experience & Education3+ Years of Sales and/or Customer Service experience Four-year college degree preferred. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, sales goals, and performance expectations. Technical KnowledgeExperience using HubSpot or another CRM platform to manage customer accounts, track sales activity, document client interactions, and maintain accurate customer data. Experience using Vivenu or another ticketing platform to manage ticketing accounts, process transactions, monitor inventory, and assist customers with ticket-related needs. Ability to learn and effectively utilize ticketing, CRM, and sales technology to manage a high volume of accounts and sales activity. Strong attention to detail when entering customer information, tracking touchpoints, managing accounts, and updating sales records. Proficiency with Google Workspace particularly Gmail, Sheets, and Docs. Work EnvironmentHearts of Pine and USLW Maine is a professional, fast-paced, and creative work environment. This position will involve:Working primarily in Portland, Maine. Reliable transportation for periodic local travel. An event-driven schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Availability to work all Hearts of Pine and USLW Maine home matches. Frequent in-person interaction with prospects, clients, Season Ticket Members, and fans. Traveling throughout the stadium during home matches to visit and assist clients. Significant computer and desk work. Occasional lifting of items weighing up to 20 pounds.
